2nd Workshop on Budgetary Transparency

After the Dakar workshop in January 2019, AfroLeadership CSO is represented and participates in the 2nd workshop on budgetary transparency in Francophone Africa, with the International Monetary Fund, the European Union (DEVCO), International Budget Partnership, Global Initiative for Fiscal Transparency, PEFA Secretariat, etc. The Ministries of Finance, the Supreme Audit Institutions, of 14 French-speaking countries are also represented. We revisit the frameworks/processes and the different scores of French-speaking countries on the Open Budget Index and the Public Expenditure Financial Accountability for example.
